If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please email shop@themag.co.uk stating reason for return. You will be issued with a unique shop return code for your parcel.

To return your item please pack them in the original packaging and include the original dispatch note included with your order.

All returns should be sent to The Mag, Baltic Business Centre, Saltmeadows Road, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE8 2DA.

We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.
